It was a good place for the price ..the hot tub was not working ..so we offered a voucher for the local recreation center which we were not impressed ......would have been nice to know at checkin that it was not working .. ..was one of the reasons we booked the hotel .....staff was friendly . room was clean .. the continental breakfast was ok ...muffins ,bread for toast and juice or coffee .
That we didnt know the hot tub was not working at time of checkin ..the back door on the first floor wasnt secure ...broken door closure ...which means anyone can enter the hall from the rear of the building .
This hotel may be old enough to vote, but it's very clean and well kept. It's comfortable and has great beds. The area is busy during the day but peaceful after dark. The rate is affordable so Knights Inn delivers good value for money, and I'll certainly stay here again.
Helpful, friendly staff, cheap rate. Nice design, wide hallways. Big room with kitchenet.
Very run down, dirty carpets, sheets on one bed were stained and looked like they were not changed. Otherwise the room was clean. Considering the price it was O.K.
The desk staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for us. Price was good and the bed very comfortable. Also a non-smoking room but there was a faint smoke odor in the bedspread.
The bathroom...ceiling was peeling, some mold around the tub/tile area. Tub was chipped. The floor appeared clean but when you walked on it with barefeet..black sooty stuff cam off on your feet. We stayed in room 115.
Absolutely nothing good about it. Hot tub was broken, breakfast consisted of cold coffee and muffins. Dirty and broken down in a bad neighborhood.
Same as above
Good location walking distance to good food (best Chinese in years)
It is literally breaking in two, the split is alarming
Very comfortable and clean - had a few minor problems, but, the proprietors ironed them out
Still making hard copy of credit card. Poor breakfast -we skipped since it started at 8am.
Location price clean comfortable included breakfast
The stay was comfortable and free from any disturbance. Location was great.
The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even thou we had booked incorrectly for how we were travelling they accomadated us with a smile and a no worry. Absolutley recommend. Not fancy, just good value for the $$
Little farther out than what we needed
It was clean and in a convenient location to shopping and family.
It is a little run down.
There was nothing I really liked. I was extremely disappointed with my stay.
The room was absolutely filthy. There was garbage on the floor, and a used towel in the bathroom. The supposedly clean towels were dirty-- there was black on them. There were 3 dead bugs in the soap dish in the bathroom. There was a weird smell in the room. The bedsheets were torn in some places and they were stained, and there were hairs on the sheets-- even under the pillows. My boyfriend and I didn't even sleep under the covers. I was completely disgusted. I will never come back to knight's inn and I will warn all my friends never to go there. I would have rather slept in my car. It was not even worth $20, never mind the $85 we had to pay. It was loud and the entire floor was just people partying and drinking in the hall outside the rooms. I was woken up several times during the night by people yelling and banging walls and drinking.
There was a full kitchenette.
The hotel smelled of smoke and pet smells but covered over with strong chemicals. The room leaned and had a visible crack in the concrete. We were assigned a room that had people in it already and we almost walked in on them. Luckily we heard that it was occupied before I turned the handle on the door. At that point the staff was helpful and got it strightened out quickly. We didn't stay for the breakfast in the morning because we were so turned off by the condition of the hotel.
Price, location, microwave in room
